Baji50 Terms & Conditions — Complete Guide to Accounts, Betting, Payments & Bonuses

These terms and conditions form a legally binding agreement between Baji50 and its users. Baji50 is an internationally licensed online betting and gaming platform serving users in Bangladesh and other designated countries.

In these terms and conditions, "Baji50", "we", and "our" refer to the entity operating the platform. "User", "member", and "you" refer to all visitors, whether registered or not.

By using any of Baji50's services — including the website, mobile app, Sports Betting, Live Casino, and promotions — you are deemed to have accepted these terms and conditions.

Age Limit & Eligibility

You must be 18 years of age or older to register an account with baji50. Minors are strictly prohibited from opening accounts, making deposits, or placing bets. We reserve the right to request proof of age at any time and to suspend any account where such proof cannot be provided.

Single Account Policy

Only one account per person is allowed. If a user is found to have created multiple accounts, all accounts will be closed and all balances may be forfeited. Members of the same household may open separate accounts; however, sharing the same device or payment method may require additional verification.

Accuracy of registration information

You are required to provide accurate and truthful information when registering. We reserve the right to close any account found to contain false information. If you need to update your account details, please contact support.

Identity Verification (KYC)

Baji50 may request identity verification at any time for security purposes and to comply with legal obligations. This applies in particular when:

• For large withdrawal amounts
• In cases of unusual transaction activity
• If there are concerns about the security of your account

Bet Acceptance Policy

Once you receive a confirmation message after placing a bet on Baji50, the bet is considered final. Bets generally cannot be changed after placement; however, if the cash out feature is available, you may be able to partially or fully settle your bet, subject to applicable conditions.

Bet Cancellation Scenarios

Bets will be voided and stakes returned in the following circumstances:

• If a match is cancelled or abandoned
• If the match venue is changed and the new venue is not accepted
• If a bet is accepted at incorrect odds due to a technical error
• If one event in a parlay bet is cancelled, that leg will be counted at odds of 1.00

Odds Change Policy

The odds displayed at the time a bet is placed are final. Any subsequent change in odds will not affect bets already placed. However, baji50 reserves the right to void or amend bets in the event of an obvious technical error.

Deposit Conditions

The minimum deposit at baji50 is ৳500. The payment method used to deposit must be registered in your own name. If you use another person's mobile banking or bank account, additional account verification will be required.

Withdrawal Conditions

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawal processing times:

• Mobile Pay/Nagad/Rocket: 3–5 minutes (during normal hours)
• Bank transfer: 1–2 business days
• Large amounts (৳50,000+): Additional verification may be required

Important Payment Policy

• Withdrawals will only be processed using the same method used for the deposit
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — the wagering requirement must be met first
• Multiple withdrawal requests can be submitted on the same day, but each will be processed separately
• Withdrawals may be placed on hold for review in cases of suspicious transactions

General Bonus Claim Conditions

Calculating Wagering Requirements

Example: A ৳1,000 bonus with a 10x wagering requirement means you must place a total of ৳10,000 in bets. Not all bets count toward the wagering requirement — see the list of excluded markets below:

• Cashed-out bets will not count as full settlement
• Two-sided bets (arbing) will be voided in full
• Bets with odds below 1.30 do not count

Referral Bonus

To qualify for a referral bonus, the referred person must make their first deposit of at least ৳500. If self-referral or fraudulent referral activity is detected, both accounts may be closed.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the Baji50 platform. Violations may result in account closure and forfeiture of your balance:

• Multiple accounts: Using multiple accounts under the same person's name or family members' names to claim bonus benefits
• Bonus Fraud: Attempting to claim bonuses through unauthorized methods
• Arbitrage betting: Attempting to exploit odds differences for risk-free profit
• Stolen payment method: Using another person's identity or financial information
• Platform hacking: Attempting to manipulate the platform through software or technical means
• Underage Accounts: Assisting anyone under the age of 18 in creating or using an account

Baji50's Rights

Baji50 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close an account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• Serious breach of terms
• Evidence of fraud or deception
• Money laundering or suspicious financial activity
• By order of a court or regulatory authority
• For security reasons

User Rights

You may close your account at any time by contacting our support team. Before closure, you will be given the opportunity to withdraw any valid balance. However, balances may be forfeited in cases where terms have been violated.
